This year, our Clubs saw incredible growth through basketball, both on and off the court. Sports help young people build confidence, teamwork, and character in ways that stick with them long after practice ends.
Mt. Airy, Al Lenzmeier West Side, and Jerry Gamble Clubs wrapped up a stellar season in their 12U Club‑wide League, finishing with an exciting Championship game. With dedicated players and support from parents and staff, these teams practiced sportsmanship, resilience, and how to win and lose with dignity.
At the Little Earth Club, the power of sports came full circle. Three Club alumni (Larry, Tavarius, and Justin) have been leading 6th–8th grade programming and coaching in the same basketball program they grew up in. Their leadership is now inspiring the next generation!
This week, Little Earth youth also have a big moment as they travel to Las Vegas for the Tribe Athletics Began Madness Tournament. This is a chance to test their skills on a national stage and to represent their community!
