We are pleased to announce that our largest annual fundraiser, For the Kids! will take place at The Depot Minneapolis on April 22, 2022.
For the Kids! provides an opportunity for us to come together as a community to support our BGCTC Club kids while making an investment that ensures we continue creating equitable opportunities for all young people.
This year’s program is inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of our BGCTC Club members. Teens will work as a team to develop an innovative concept that will impact social change either in their very own Club environment or broader Club community. They will then bring those concepts to our very own “Club Shark Tank” to compete for the opportunity to present their concept at For the Kids!. Our For the Kids! attendees can then literally invest in the innovation and creativity of our future generation.
**BGCTC will continue to monitor and adjust its COVID-19 protocols in an effort to maintain the health and safety of all For the Kids! attendees. Masks are optional at this event, but not required.

Miss Shannan Paul (Emcee)

Ashley DuBose is probably most widely known for her hit single, “Intoxicated”, and for her participation in Season 5 of NBC’s The Voice.
In 2014, Ashley was chosen “Best Vocalist (Female)” by one of the most respected news and entertainment sources in her hometown, City Pages, for their annual Best of the Twin Cities magazine issue.
Always a dreamer and determined woman, Ashley is working to spread feel-good music to the masses, with dreams of one day realizing Cee-Lo Green’s 2013 prediction that he would be routing for Ashley “front row at the Grammys! Ashley DuBose is realizing her childhood dream. She is determined to be a living example to her daughter that when you fuel a dream with heart and action, that dream will, in time, become reality.
