BGCTC is honored to empower our Club members and alumni to chase their dreams through our scholarship program. In 2024 alone, 66 Club teens received over $200,000 in scholarship funds. These scholarships support a wide range of paths, from college to trades and beyond.
Joshuah, a 2024 BGCTC Scholarship recipient and alumnus of the Little Earth Club, is now in his second year of apprenticeship with the Local 512 Ironworkers Union, Joshuah’s scholarship not only covers his tuition, it also covers essential equipment and safety gear needed for required hands-on training.
Joshuah shared that the best part of being a member of Local 512 is the sense of brotherhood—the strong bonds and the way everyone supports each other from day one. As he puts it, “When you love what you do, you never work a day in your life.”
