Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities (BGCTC) prioritizes holistic health through its Health & Wellness strategy, which educates youth on fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being. Programs are designed to teach positive conflict resolution techniques, foster positive behaviors, and develop resilience skills that support the well-being of both mind and body. BGCTC staff receive ongoing trauma-informed training to create safe, supportive, and inclusive environments for all Club youth.
