Lindsey has been involved with the Clubs for almost eight years, starting out as a member at our Patrick Henry High School Club. Now a Youth Development Instructor at our Jerry Gamble Club, Lindsey says that being part of the BGCTC family has given her the support and skills she needs to thrive in life. She has also witnessed the difference the Clubs have made in our youths’ lives during the challenges of COVID.
“The Clubs give me hope because I am able to see how the youth remain hopeful and resilient despite everything that’s going on,” Lindsey says. “Seeing them continue to be happy and thrive gives me hope that things will get better, and that in the future they’ll change the world with their ideas. I am grateful for all the support the Clubs have given myself and the youth in order to stay safe and healthy.”
