Cooking isn’t just about making delicious meals — it’s about teamwork, learning, and coming together. This winter, volunteers from Pillsbury United Communities have been bringing the joy of cooking to two BGCTC locations—Olson Middle School Club and Camden High School Club—through hands-on Cooking Clubs.
Last week at Olson Middle School, Club youth rolled up their sleeves to prepare pasta salad, while learning to boil pasta, chop veggies, and work as a team. The meal was a big hit with the young chefs — one even called it “so delightful!”
At BGCTC, we know that the kitchen is more than a place to cook—it’s a place to learn, grow, and build meaningful relationships.
