BGCTC’s Annual Spelling Bee

Spelling is a core component of BGCTC’s K-8 Literacy programming. We know that building confidence in spelling leads to confidence in all aspects of literacy for our Club members.

This year’s BGCTC Annual Spelling Bee was a remarkable celebration of hard work, determination, and community spirit! After months of diligent preparation with Club education specialists, 36 K-5 students arrived ready to compete. Cheered on by over 100 family members and friends, the competition was both fierce and fun.

In the end, the Richfield Centennial Club claimed the top spot, and everyone celebrated with pizza. Congratulations to all our spellers, and a special thank you to the dedicated education specialists that support youth every day in achieving Success Ahead.
