Rylee* will be attending first grade in the fall, and she began attending Boys & Girls Club programming over the summer.
Ms. Shanae, a Club staff member, has said that “Rylee is one of the smartest and most articulate young people that I have had a chance to work with. She shows excellent social/emotional skills and participation skills. She is fast at raising her hand because she knows almost any question I ask, from months of the year to numbers/math, the alphabet, and sight words. Being at the Club, Rylee has gotten a chance to be challenged not only academically but socially as well! She has gotten the opportunity to be in a class with older children up to second grade during learning time and up to fourth during social time! We have grown to count on her as a leader.”
