Ways to Give
Friends of the Club
Friends of the Club, Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities’ (BGCTC) largest giving club, combines community members and employees in a collaborative effort to support all BGCTC programs. Inspired by our mission to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens, Friends of the Club donors are united by their commitment to BGCTC’s youth and families.
For decades, BGCTC has been fortunate to have many wonderful partnerships and collaborations with benefactors, volunteers, and community leaders. Together, we have helped build new Club sites, fund new programs, and upgrade technology through philanthropy. BGCTC is in the midst of a major initiative to ensure great futures for all Club members – by strengthening our private support to provide relevant, high-quality youth development programs for future generations.
With an annual gift of $100 or more, you will be joining many others who share in your commitment to equity and opportunity by becoming a Friends of the Club member. All gifts are 100 percent tax deductible. As a valued member of Friends of the Club, you will be invited to several special events throughout the year to keep you informed about all the exciting things happening at BGCTC.
With more than 500 donors currently, this program is a gateway to connect friends, family, neighbors, and communities for generations to come. There is no better time to take the next step in your engagement with our organization and share your gratitude with BGCTC’s youth and families. It’s all about collaboration and vision – coming together to accomplish projects never thought possible.

Great Futures Society
Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities established the Great Futures Society to recognize BGCTC’s most generous donors. This distinguished group of benefactors helps to enhance the health and well-being of the members in the communities served by BGCTC. Great Futures Society members make individual commitments of $10,000 or greater, which can be paid at one time or through a payment program over a period of years.
As a member of the Great Futures Society, you will receive a uniquely designed personal gift commemorating your participation in this giving club. You will also be listed in BGCTC’s Impact Report and donor wall, and you will receive invitations to member events, including the annual donor meeting, holiday celebration and strategic planning sessions with the president and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities.
Members of the Legacy Society are loyal supporters who believe in the mission of Boys & Girls Clubs Twin Cities and want to ensure that its valuable, life-changing programs continue to serve future generations. The Legacy Society honors those who have included Boys & Girls Clubs Twin Cities in their estate plans or who have made other planned gifts.
There are many ways to make a gift to BGCTC in support of Twin Cities youth. Below we have outlined the most common options. Throughout the year, Boys & Girls Club Twin Cities conducts several premier, high-profile events. These events are attended by community leaders, business leaders, area professionals, residents of our region and civic organization members.
Cause Marketing is a partnership between your business and BGCTC. It is as simple as our logo being associated with your brand, product or service to promote your company and encourage sales while raising money for Boys & Girls Club Twin Cities.
Donations of goods and services from our corporate partners are a critical part of providing the services that make BGCTC a warm and welcoming environment.
Boys & Girls Club Twin Cities is a nonprofit, independent youth development organization that relies on the kindness of volunteers to successfully offer the best youth programming in the state of Minnesota. The time and effort contributed by volunteers is invaluable and appreciated by BGCTC’s staff, members and families. We will work with you and your employees to identify the type of volunteer experience you desire, and to ensure that you receive the appropriate training.
We are so grateful for our corporate partners and all they do to support the members, families and staff of Boys & Girls Club Twin Cities. We look forward to partnering with you on ways your organization can become involved with BGCTC!
A small action now could result in a big impact for BGCTC youth in the future.
How Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities provides a high-quality Club experience that assures success is within reach of every young person who enters our doors will evolve over the decades ahead. But, what will remain constant is our commitment to fighting against racism and discrimination wherever and however it exists and advancing cultural equity and inclusion for ALL youth.
Whether you’d like to put your support to work today or benefit BGCTC after your lifetime, you can create a legacy for future generations.
