At BGCTC, we know that representation and inclusivity are key pillars in creating a positive impact on the young people we serve. This year, we are excited to be welcoming back a group of Voyageur staff members who are Club alumni themselves! One returning staff member has made such an impact that youth have been eagerly asking if they would be there again this summer.
By hiring Club alumni from diverse backgrounds to return as staff members, BGCTC is creating meaningful opportunities for Voyageur campers to connect with role models who genuinely identify with their unique personal experiences.
