Club Space Rentals

Whether you’re planning a sports tournament, community meeting, family celebration, or corporate event, our gyms and cafeterias offer flexible rental options to meet your needs. With locations throughout the Twin Cities, our facilities provide a safe, accessible, and welcoming environment—perfect for bringing people together. Rental fees support BGCTC and our mission to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

Spaces are available at our Jerry Gamble, East Side, Mt. Airy, Al Lenzmeier West Side and Elk River Clubs. All can accommodate groups in the gym and cafeteria, and the East Side, Elk River and Jerry Gamble Clubs can also accommodate outdoor events.

Club spaces are available for rent outside of normal Club hours. Club hours during school year are Noon – 9:00 pm. Monday – Friday. Club hours during Summer are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – note that the East Side Club has Summer hours from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Our Voyageur Environmental Club hosts larger events like weddings, family reunions, and environmental education groups  – information about Voyageur can be found here.

Rental Rates (includes all set up and tear down time):
Gym Rental for Current Club Members and Active Alumni: $75/hour
Gym Rental for Non-Members/Alumni: $100/hour
Cafeteria: $25/hour
Outdoor Rental (East Side, Elk River, and Jerry Gamble only) for Current Club Members and Active Alumni: $75/hour
Outdoor Rental for Non-Members/Alumni: $100/hour
All rentals must have 2 BGCTC staff onsite. Rate for staff is $35/person/hour 

Security deposit of $400 is required and will be returned to client if the space is cleaned and no damage is done to property.
