Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities is thrilled to announce that The Grand Slam Dinner is back!
This year’s event will be hosted by Minnesota Twins’ Third Baseman Royce Lewis and fiancé Samantha Hobert. The night begins with a cocktail reception featuring a premier silent auction and interactive games, followed by dinner that will be served to you by current and former Minnesota Twins players. At Grand Slam, you will enjoy exceptional food, delicious wine and cocktails, exciting live and silent auctions, and the chance to meet your favorite Twins players. Join us for an unforgettable evening at The Capital Grille in Minneapolis all while supporting BGCTC and the Minnesota Twins Community Fund.
BGCTC’s Club programming strives to break down racial and ethnic disparities by helping young people succeed in school, develop leadership skills, make healthy choices, and build career aspirations. BGCTC provides Club members with a safe, supportive space as they explore their own identities and develop as individuals.
The Minnesota Twins Community Fund’s mission is to enrich local and regional communities by providing resources for the healthy development of children and families through an association with baseball, softball, and the Minnesota Twins. The MTCF believes that empowering the full potential of youth requires equitable access to opportunities on and off the field that instill a love of play and enhance overall development and well-being.
