*Two day rental is calculated as twice the facility fee for a full day rental
*Weekend rental times are Friday at 6 p.m. to Sunday at 12 p.m. OR Saturday at 8 a.m. to Sunday at 2 p.m.

School Group Rentals

*Minimum Group Size Commitment: 20 participants
*Billing Minimum: $300

 

SERVICE RATES
  • Evening Program: $50/hour
  • Additional Cleaning: $50/hour
  • Damages: determined by repair/replacement cost
DISCOUNTS
  • First Visit: 10% off final billing
  • Repeat Visit: 10% off final billing
    *must be the same school, students, and teachers and during our fiscal year (Sept. 1 – Aug. 31)
    *discount is only available on full days ($15 trips)
  • Recruitment: $100 flat discount off final billing
    *new schools must give the name of the school which recruited them
    *schools who recruit other schools will also receive the discount
  • Off-Peak Visits (September – May): 10% off final billing
DEPOSIT
  • Day Trips & Small Groups (20-50 members) for overnight visit: $300 (non-refundable)
  • Groups with 51+ members for overnight visit: $500 (non-refundable)
    *deposits are transferable within our fiscal year (Sept. 1 – Aug. 31)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the reserved dates will not have their deposit returned, and will also be required to pay 25% of the minimum group size commitment. 
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the reserved dates will not have their deposit returned, and will also be required to pay 50% of the minimum group size commitment. 

Non-School Group Rentals

*Minimum Group Size Commitment: 20 participants
*Billing Minimum: $300/weekday; $500/weekend

SERVICE RATES
  • Program/Naturalist: $50/hour
  • Lifeguard: $50/hour
  • Additional Cleaning: $50/hour
  • Kitchen Use: $175/day (must provide food manager certificate)
  • Damages: determined by repair/replacement cost
DISCOUNTS
  • Off-Peak Visits (September – May): 10% off final billing
  • First Time Group: 10% off final billing
  • Repeat Group in Same Fiscal Year (September 1 – August 31): 10% off final billing
    *only one discount can be applied to a booking.
